BOOKING: Contract and 20% deposit are required to book date. Deposits will go towards the balance, which is due before the event. A minimum of two weeks is required in order to source
out any materials needed, such as specific colors of draping or linens.

BOOKING LAST MUNUTE?: If your event date is less than 2 weeks away. the draping option will be white, or whatever color we have in stock. Please ask for our stock colors. 

TENTS: Minimum space required is 2 additional feet. For example 20x20 requires 22x24ft.

SET UP: Will be 1-2 days prior to the event, and tear down will be the day after the event. We do not set up in front yards, parks or public areas. 

ELECTRICITY: A minimum of of 2 electrical outlets must be provided if booking a service with twinkle light, or any additional lighting. 

OWN YOUR OWN TENT?: Great! We can drape it.

RENTING FROM SOMEONE ELSE?: Due to the nature of the service, handling someone elses' equipment other than ours and the clients is against our policy.

HIGH WIND: Chicago is called the Windy City for a good reason! In the event of weather or high wind we will not be able to install in order to reduce the risk of injury or damage. Refund will be issued.
